Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your spot. No walk-ins allowed unless otherwise stated. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class for a credit to be issued. No refunds or credits for no-shows or late cancellations. 3. Late Arrivals No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals. 4. Code of Conduct All students are expected to respect the instructor, fellow dancers, and the space. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without a refund. 5. Filming & Content Use By attending class, you agree that photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Personal filming is allowed only with instructor approval. 6. Liability Waiver By signing up, you acknowledge that dance is a physical activity and assume all risks associated with participation. Keep it Kiki LLC and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries sustained during class. 7. Exclusive Events & Membership Certain classes and events may be invite-only or exclusive to specific groups (e.g., Kiki Kult members). Policies for special events will be outlined separately as needed. By attending class, you agree to these policies. Let’s train, grow, and vibe together!
